- We will take a detailed list of all your requirements, before providing you with a shortlist.
- We can organise digital photos, and a virtual tour if you are not able to inspect the property in person.
- Once you have made a decision to purchase, we can organise all building inspections and a solicitor for you.
- If you are purchasing for investment reasons we can also offer our management service.
LEGALITIES
If you are living overseas and are not an Australian citizen or do not have a permanent resident visa, the Federal Government places limitations on your ability to buy property in Australia. Your property purchase first needs to be approved by the
Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB) . Please contact the FIRB for further information, or speak to one of our staff.
