With over 30 years experience in real estate and 29 years as director of Ray White City South, Kenneth has been pivotal in shaping the company into the sizable force it is today.
Kenneth had always been keen to set up a business. His father was an architect, and he had success in real estate investment himself. But it was his solid background as a qualified Chartered Accountant, working for Price Waterhouse, Sydney, and as Financial Controller for a merchant bank that stood him in good stead when running his own successful real estate business.
In 1982, together with his wife Caroline, he founded Kenneth Real Estate, which became part of the Ray White Franchise group in 1989. Kenneth Real Estate was the first Chinese real estate agent in Sydney. They quickly established the company as one of the best and most successful real estate agents around.
Ray White City South is a top performer in the Ray White Group nationwide, and has won many performance awards from the Ray White group.
Kenneth has always liked to keep at the forefront of marketing, technology, and management skills, and his successful track record has resulted in happy customers, both local and overseas.
