For almost 30 years, Ray White City South has been at the forefront for property services in the Sydney city and inner city areas. Our reputation has been built on decades of dedicated commitment to our clients, along with our wide-ranging and credible real estate expertise.
A family company
As a family owned company, the business was established under the name of Kenneth Real Estate Pty Ltd in 1982 by directors Kenneth and Caroline Ng. The business blossomed organically and key staff joined to focus on the company’s responsibility to provide dedicated property services with respect and integrity to all clients.
Selected for the Ray White franchise
The business’ success attracted the attentions of some of Australia’s most prominent real estate franchise groups. The Ray White group, as the biggest real estate group in Australasia, offered a
network of facilities and support which aligned with our business operations and objectives. So in 1989, we were privileged to join Ray White and henceforth we were to be known as Ray White City South to become the prime representative in the Sydney city region.

Today, our comprehensive property services span all areas of residential and commercial requirements. We have distinct teams that work in unison to provide a seamless integration for our clients’ evolving needs. Our teams specialise in:

As the licensee, Kenneth Ng primarily focuses on benchmarking and maintaining the overall standard of property management and sales.
